Message	.38 is a little low on the TPS setting... Set it up a little, .45-.46 and that will up your idle a little, and make sure the TPS is in spec at WOT 4-5v. Also, synchronization, or lack thereof can really compound other issues. Are they synced properly? I know it's kind of a noob question, but i can't believe how many times over the years I have overlooked the obvious when having issues with my car.
